Walking into a new healthcare clinic can feel intimidating, especially when you’re already dealing with pain. Here’s exactly what happens so you know what to expect.

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive assessment of your movement patterns and pain history. We’ll ask about when your pain started, what makes it better or worse, and how it’s affecting your daily activities. Understanding your specific situation helps us create the most effective treatment plan.

Next comes the physical examination, where we’ll test your range of motion, strength, and movement quality. We don’t push you beyond what’s comfortable, and we’ll explain everything we’re doing along the way.

Based on our findings, we’ll create your personalized treatment plan. This may include manual therapy techniques to improve joint mobility, dry needling to reduce muscle tension, and targeted exercises tailored to your condition. However, what’s truly important is that we don’t just treat you in the clinic. We’ll provide you with home exercises to maintain your progress between appointments.
