Personalized physiotherapy in Markham & Stouffville. Helping you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
I became a physiotherapist because I’ve always loved helping people move, feel, and live better. Early in my career as a personal trainer, I saw how powerful movement could be in building confidence and improving quality of life — and I wanted to take that one step further by helping people recover from pain and injury too.
My approach to physiotherapy is active, collaborative, and rooted in education. I take the time to understand your goals, assess how your body moves, and build a plan that helps you return to the activities that matter most. Whether that means getting back to your sport, improving pelvic health, or simply moving through your day without discomfort, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I completed both my Master of Physical Therapy and Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University, where I also had the opportunity to work with varsity athletes and the London NCAA Division 1 Basketball team. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of performance, injury prevention, and the importance of individualized care.
I’ve pursued additional training in pelvic health, acupuncture, and the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. These tools allow me to take a holistic approach to each session — blending hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and education to help you move with confidence and ease.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find me doing Pilates, exploring new restaurants, or travelling whenever I get the chance. I’m a big believer that movement should enhance your life, not limit it — and I love helping patients rediscover that freedom.
Sally is currently accepting both orthopedic and pelvic health clients at our Stouffville and Markham locations.
