Personalized physiotherapy in Markham & Stouffville. Helping you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
I became a physiotherapist because I wanted to help people feel at home in their bodies again. So many of my patients come in feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, or unsure of whatās ānormalā when it comes to pelvic health ā and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered to take control of their well-being. That transformation is what keeps me inspired every day.
My approach is personal and grounded in compassion. I take the time to listen, understand your story, and work with you to find real solutions. Whether youāre navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, managing incontinence or pelvic pain, or supporting your child through a paediatric concern, Iāll meet you where you are. Together, weāll create a plan that fits your goals and your life.
Iāve completed advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy for both adults and children, as well as labour and birth preparation, dry needling, and visceral fascia therapy. I draw on a mix of hands-on care, education, and targeted exercise to help you move better and feel more in tune with your body.
I earned my Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and my Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from Western University, where I also played varsity basketball. That team experience taught me the value of trust, connection, and resilience ā values that shape how I work with my patients today.
Outside the clinic, Iām a mom to two energetic boys and our golden retriever, and weāre happiest outdoors ā whether thatās hiking, playing at the park, or chasing the ice cream truck on a sunny day. And as a lifelong Toronto Raptors fan, thereās a good chance basketball might come up in conversation!
