Personalized physiotherapy in Markham & Stouffville. Helping you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
I became a physiotherapist because I know firsthand how frustrating injuries can be — from sports, weightlifting, or long hours at a desk — and how much they can get in the way of the activities people love. I’ve experienced my own setbacks, and it was that journey through physiotherapy that inspired me to help others recover faster, prevent further injury, and get back to moving with confidence.
I earned my Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2017, after completing my Bachelor of Kinesiology & Health Sciences at York University. I’ve completed Level 3 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy program and hold advanced certification in Integrated Dry Needling, which I use to help relieve tension and tightness in various regions of the body.
I work with patients of all ages, including athletes, using an evidence-based approach that blends functional movement analysis, manual therapy, dry needling, and individualized exercise programs. I focus on understanding the whole body to uncover the root causes of movement dysfunction and discomfort, helping patients reach their health, fitness, and performance goals.
Outside the clinic, I stay active and love exploring new ways to challenge myself. You’ll often find me mountain biking on new trails, playing beach volleyball, tackling a CrossFit class, or waiting for the perfect snowfall to hit the slopes. I bring that same energy and passion for movement to my patients, helping them reconnect with the activities that make life enjoyable.
