Personalized physiotherapy in Markham & Stouffville. Helping you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
I became a physiotherapist because I love helping people reconnect with movement and rediscover what their bodies are capable of. Whether it’s returning to a favourite sport, dancing without pain, or simply moving through the day with more ease, my goal is to help every patient feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their recovery.
My background in personal training shaped my belief that movement is medicine — and that rehab should be as motivating as it is effective. I take the time to understand your goals, create a plan that fits your lifestyle, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. Education is a big part of my approach, because I want you to leave each session knowing why something helps and how to keep progressing on your own.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) at York University, followed by my Master’s in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Scotland, where I also practiced as a physiotherapist. During that time, I developed a deep appreciation for the art and science of movement. I’ve completed additional training with the British Bobath Tutors Association, which strengthened my skills in movement analysis and postural control, and I hold certification in Integrated Dry Needling (IDN) to help relieve myofascial pain and muscle tension.
I enjoy working with a wide range of patients — from athletes and dancers to those recovering from surgery, fractures, or living with neurological conditions. Every person’s movement story is unique, and I’m passionate about helping you write your next chapter.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me dancing, swimming, or playing volleyball — anything that keeps me moving and connected to the joy of being active.
