Personalized physiotherapy in Markham & Stouffville. Helping you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
I became a physiotherapist because I’ve always been fascinated by how the body moves — and how the right combination of treatment, movement, and education can help people feel strong and capable again. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients who thought they’d never return to the activities they love, and seeing them move with confidence again is what keeps me passionate about what I do.
My approach is simple: take the time to understand what’s really going on, treat the root cause, and build a plan that helps you feel better for the long term. Whether you’re managing arthritis, recovering from a sports injury, or regaining movement after surgery, I’ll guide you every step of the way with a blend of hands-on therapy, exercise, and education tailored to you.
I completed my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta after earning my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Science. Always curious to deepen my skills, I went on to complete a Master of Clinical Science in Manipulative Therapy at Western University, where I advanced my training in orthopaedics and manual therapy. I’m also certified in Functional Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and completed the Advanced Clinician Practitioner in Arthritis Care program at the University of Toronto.
Teaching has been another big part of my journey. I’ve taught physiotherapy and medical students at the University of Toronto, helped develop new orthopedic curriculum, and continue to assist in Functional Dry Needling courses. Sharing knowledge and helping others grow in this field is something I truly value.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me training jiu jitsu, staying active, or exploring new places with family and friends. Movement and learning are a big part of who I am—both inside and outside the clinic.
