Houda Abou-Nimer

Houda is our Patient Experience Manager, and she’s passionate about making every patient feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first visit to their last. She works behind the scenes to ensure our clinic runs smoothly, supporting our admin team and giving our physiotherapists, RMTs, and MDs the tools they need to provide the best care possible. For Houda, the most rewarding part of her role is building meaningful connections with our patients and seeing them return to the activities they love.

With over 35 years of experience leading teams in customer service and operations, Houda brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and a touch of warmth to everything she does. She has earned multiple awards throughout her career, particularly in the financial services sector, but her passion for health and wellness truly took off when she joined The Physio Spot five years ago — and she hasn’t looked back since.

Outside the clinic, Houda makes the most of her free time by traveling, exploring new cultures, and enjoying live shows, festivals, art galleries, and museums. She also loves cooking, discovering new restaurants, and unwinding with great shows at home. Lately, she’s been embracing self-care days at local day spas, because she knows how important it is to recharge and take care of herself — something she encourages everyone to do too!
