Personalized physiotherapy in Markham & Stouffville. Helping you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
I became a physiotherapist because I love helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities that make them feel like themselves. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients of all ages and activity levels — from children and weekend warriors to varsity athletes and older adults — and I’m inspired every day by the progress they make and the confidence they regain.
My approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and tailored to each person. I take the time to understand your goals, assess your movement, and create a plan that fits your lifestyle. Whether it’s returning to sport, managing pain, or simply moving with more ease in daily life, my goal is to help you reach what matters most to you — and make sure you feel empowered along the way.
I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after earning my Honours Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from McMaster University. I’ve also completed the Level 2 Upper and Lower Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program to deepen my expertise in treating complex movement and mobility challenges.
Outside the clinic, I stay active through basketball, volleyball, and running, and I’m passionate about giving back to the physiotherapy community. I currently serve as President of the York Region & Scarborough District of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association and as an executive member of the Seniors’ Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, advocating for the unique needs of older adults across Canada.
Every patient’s story is different, and I take pride in creating individualized plans that help people move with confidence, feel stronger, and live fuller lives. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone rediscover what they thought was no longer possible.
