Patrick is an elite personal trainer with over 15 years of experience helping people reach their personal fitness goals. High performance sports are his speciality and working with elite athletes he gets to showcase his long standing knowledge paired with his unique creativity to help them achieve their maximum potential.
He also supports anyone looking to reach a desired goal.
Patrick’s company Personal Record Performance offer 1-on-1 or small group training and competitive rates. They design programs to help at any age and with any goals in mind from losing weight to building bulk.
If he’s not in the gym training, you can often find him out hiking or playing basketball. But those aren’t his only passions though, read on for more.
He genuinely wants to help. He loves to see his clients reach their fitness goals and will go to great lengths to make sure they do with his years of expertise.
Depending on your needs, after an assessment he can give you the tools to help you succeed. “I can improve your speed,” he says, “or your lateral quickness, or just your overall strength.” He encourages anyone to go and check out one of his training sessions, or if they’re nervous, “just send me an email, we’re here to accommodate everyone.”
He lives and breathes fitness. If he could deliver any message to anyone, it’s that health is wealth and you should exercise daily. While you can’t get fit exercising for only 5 minutes a day, he believes the right program matched with determination and get you anywhere. He also understands failure is a reality.
“You can only succeed by failing. You learn from your failures. I was a national team track and field athlete. I failed at many races before becoming successful.” Work hard, play hard and you too can see results.
He also believes a fit body is as important as a fit mind. The mental game we play to ourselves is dangerous. Myths like girls who improve strength get bulky can poison the brain and may lead to not exercising at all. His solution? “Find the time to meditate every day for 10 minutes.” Patrick is the complete package.
It doesn’t stop there though.
If money were no object, Patrick says he would spend his time working for charities and trying to find a solution to poverty. Did we already mention Patrick likes to help people? If you didn’t know it already, that’s the proof.
We like Patrick. We think you will, too. Go check him out and try. Thanks so much for letting us interview you, Patrick! It was a real pleasure!
If you don’t think you’re quite ready for it, at The Physio Spot, we can offer some “PREhab” with our elite physiotherapist Markham team. Book your appointment today!
