Join our physiotherapy team for a FREE running workshop in Stouffville designed to help runners of all levels move better, run stronger, and avoid common injuries.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K or just trying to stay active, small changes to how you run, warm up, and train can make a huge difference.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • How to prevent common running injuries. Understand why runners develop knee, hip, shin, or foot pain—and how to reduce your risk.
  • How to warm up properly before running. Simple movements that prepare your body to run efficiently and reduce strain.
  • What your running form and gait mean for your body. Learn what physiotherapists look for when assessing running mechanics.
  • How to build running strength and durability. Targeted exercises that improve stability, power, and speed.
  • Why footwear matters. How to choose shoes that match your running style and goals.

This is a friendly, educational workshop where you can ask questions and learn practical strategies to help you run with more confidence.
