Post-Partum Rehab Class
A 6-week series led by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (Jayme) designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported as you move from core and pelvic floor foundations into full-body strength and conditioning.

Good to know
- You’ll need to be a current client or complete an initial assessment before joining.
- Must be at least 6 weeks postpartum.
- Classes may be covered by your private insurance.
- Spots are limited – register early to save your spot!
What to bring
For you: Workout clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.
For baby: A blanket, feeding supplies, diaper bag essentials, and favourite toys or comfort items.
We’ll focus on rebuilding from the inside out, with plenty of support (and a little sweat) along the way.
