Good to know:
What to bring for you: workout clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.
What to bring for baby: a blanket, feeding supplies, diaper bag essentials, and favourite toys or comfort items.
We’ll focus on rebuilding from the inside out, with plenty of support (and a little sweat) along the way.
