Gavin graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, as well as an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University.
Gavin has always had a passion for sports and physical activity. From bowling on Team Canada, to playing varsity ultimate frisbee, and training in high level volleyball, he has experienced many injuries himself which has allowed him to have a strong understanding of how the impacts of injury, both acute and chronic, can affect sport performance and daily life. This is where his interest for Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation stems from.
Gavin’s goal of Physical Therapy goes beyond injury recovery, but also focuses on helping you appreciate the resiliency of your body and to provide you with the tools you need in order to get back to doing what you love.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find him playing all sorts of sports, walking his miniature schnauzer, or having a good cup of coffee!
Sally completed her Masters of Physical Therapy and Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario.
She has a passion for active living and was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after helping her personal training clients achieve their fitness goals.
She has worked with Western varsity athletes and the London NCAA Division 1 Basketball team in rehabilitating sports injuries and loves playing sports herself, from hiking to snowboarding.
Sally’s goal for therapy to is provide you with the tools to improve your quality of life and become the best version of yourself.
In her free time, you can find Sally at the gym lifting weights, travelling or trying new restaurants.
Catherine completed her Physiotherapy education in the UK at Keele University.
Her Pelvic health education includes multiple courses from Pelvic Health Solutions. She continues to progress and thoroughly enjoys treating pelvic related disorders.
She has completed courses in the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy program for the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and also has a Diploma in Sports Massage.
Catherine is heavily involved in training men and women in a gym setting and enjoys helping people achieve their fitness, functional and aesthetic goals!
In her off time you might find her riding around on her motorcycle!
Catherine is currently providing services in Stouffville and Markham for Pelvic Health and orthopaedic conditions.
Jayme is a Registered Physiotherapist with a focus on women’s health, paediatrics, and orthopaedics.
Jayme has completed postgraduate training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for both adult and paediatric populations, and she treats a variety of conditions including incontinence, pelvic pain and pregnancy related pelvic health concerns.
Jayme completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to that she obtained her Honours Specialization Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University, where she also played varsity basketball.
In addition to being a physiotherapist, Jayme enjoys spending time outside hiking and biking, and watching the Raptors win championships!

Romano graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to his physiotherapy studies, he also received a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology from York University.
Romano has completed advanced post-graduate training in orthopaedic physiotherapy, having received his Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Romano is a clinical instructor for the University of Toronto Physiotherapy program and a Credentialling Instructor for the Orthopaedic Divison of the the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). He is also certified in the Gunn IMS and Medical Acupunture needling techniques.
Stephanie graduated from Nipissing University with an Honours Bachelor Physical and Health Education degree (Kinesiology) and has worked as a student trainer for varsity athletes at Nipissing. She has always enjoyed being active and loves sports, particularly soccer but now you can find her at the gym, rock climbing, snow boarding or hiking. She plans to work in the health field whether that be as a physiotherapist or athletic therapist and loves to help people on their recovery journey. She is currently studying to take the Registed kinesiology exam to become a fully registered kinesiologist.
